Ryan arrives well before your guests do — full sound check, PA system live and tested, background music playing as people start to take their seats. Nothing rushed, nothing left to chance right before you walk down the aisle.
The ceremony itself is the one you wrote together in the lead-up — every word already approved by you beforehand. No generic script, no filler lines borrowed from someone else's wedding.
All legal documents are completed and lodged properly, including your Form 15 — the certificate you'll actually keep. Ryan takes care of the admin side so you don't have to think about it.
For anyone on the Ceremony + MC package, Ryan stays on to run the reception — guiding guests between ceremony and reception, keeping the run sheet on track, and handling MC duties right through until 8:30pm.
